Wine Profile: Our award winning sparkling Cranberry-Chocolate fruit wine is made from cranberries grown in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island and lightly infused with raw organic Cocoa Nibs.
Once ready, our Cellar Master gently places a multitude of tiny bubbles in each bottle. These bubbles are calm, peaceful and invisible. But! When poured into a glass, magic happens - a mountain of tiny bubbles instantly appear as if by magic. Glass after glass! Remember - Drink the bubbles!
Tasting Note: The wine has an exuberant effervescence that dances on the tongue and thrills the nose. On the palate - the taste of fresh cranberries followed by a surprising finish - a delightful 'cloud' of dark chocolate!
Drinking the bubbles: Store upright in a cool dark place for up to five years. Of course, there is no need to wait that long. You can consume the wine immediately. However, once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within seven days to enjoy continual magic bubbles. After this they will all have fallen permanently asleep. No need to reseal the bottle whilst refrigerated during this time - just cover it to keep dust and other impurities out.
