Once ready, our Cellar Master gently places a multitude of tiny bubbles in each bottle. These bubbles are calm, peaceful and invisible. But! When poured into a glass, magic happens - a mountain of tiny bubbles instantly appear as if by magic. Glass after glass! Remember - Drink the bubbles!
Tasting Note: The wine has a complex effervescence where the nose hints at fresh apple and ginger. On the palate, gentle natural ginger stands out, followed by a finish of tart green apple and ginger.
Drinking the bubbles: For best results gentle invert the bottle to re-distribute the ginger pulp. Then leave to chill upright for at least 30 minutes before opening. The bottles can be stored upright in a cool dark place for up to five years. Of course, there is no need to wait that long. You can consume the wine immediately. However, once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within seven days to enjoy continual magic bubbles. After this they will all have fallen permanently asleep. No need to reseal the bottle whilst refrigerated during this time - just cover it to keep dust and other impurities out.
